The Technical Skills and Development Cell – Career Development Centre (TSDC–CDC) at Mody University of Science and Technology stands as a dynamic and centralized platform committed to transforming students into industry-ready professionals. Functioning as a strong bridge between academia and industry, TSDC–CDC works relentlessly throughout the year to equip students with the skills, exposure, and opportunities required to excel in the competitive corporate world.

Mody University, TSDC- CDC has signed the MoU with the top-notch fortune 500 companies like such as Microsoft, Infosys, PwC, Cisco, and IBM, focusing on curriculum enhancement, certifications, specialized technical training, and faculty development programmes to make students “Industry Ready” and “employable”. And, in result of this our students have able to secure very good placement in top notch brands with attractive salary packages. Students are also provided with valuable industry exposure through corporate visits, including visits to Microsoft offices, enabling them to experience corporate culture and workplace practices firsthand. To further enhance student involvement and leadership, TSDC–CDC has established the Student Placement and Training Council (SPTC), a structured student body that actively supports training initiatives, placement drives, and industry interactions. The Council plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and fostering a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and professional excellence among students.
