Dr. Amit Khare, a Doctorate in Computer Science & Engineering, brings over 25 years of cross-functional experience in Talent Management, Career Development, Training & Placement, Recruitment & Staffing, Corporate Relations, and Business Development. He possesses strong expertise in strategic planning, academic administration, and organizational leadership.

With more than two decades in higher education, Dr. Khare has played a pivotal role in curriculum design, academic governance, and student development. He has successfully built strong industry–academia partnerships, establishing vital links between students and employers to enhance career readiness and employability.

His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Oracle, Agile Software Development, and Database Management Systems, and he has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences.

Dr. Khare’s key strengths lie in career counselling, organizing industrial visits, training programs, seminars, and expert lectures, all designed to prepare students for professional success. He has also led numerous industry collaborations and campus recruitment drives, significantly contributing to the success of Career Development Centre (CDC) initiatives.

Business Post Graduate from Institute of Advanced Studies in Education Deemed University – Sardarshahr with 20 years of work experience in Examinations, Academics, and Placements. His responsibilities include Communicating, Coordinating, Establishing and improving the relations with corporates and to offer for placements. He is/also suggests profiles, Coordinate joint/pooled placement, preparing Database of prospective companies, Manages various data / reports related to Campus Placements. His core competencies have been Corporate Relations, Industry-Institute- Interface, Event Management- Corporate Meet, HR Conclave, and Alumni meet, Placement Brochure, Orientation Booklet etc. He is very structured in his approach and Sincere, hardworking, energetic and responsible.

Holding a Master’s degree in English Literature, she brings experience in training and mentoring students for success in both personal and professional domains.

She specializes in Resume Building, Interview Preparation, Group Discussions, Email Etiquette, Social Etiquette, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Active Listening, Teamwork, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Branding.
