Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Singh Rao is a seasoned academic who has dedicated over 26 years to higher education. He has been associated with Mody University, Lakshmangarh, serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Arts, a position from which he has shaped both the intellectual culture of the department and the academic trajectories of numerous students.

Prof. Rao has authored four books, published 64 research articles in national and international journals, and presented papers at 47 national and international conferences. He has guided 12 doctoral theses and is presently supervising seven more. Beyond his scholarly pursuits, he is a sought-after speaker on motivational topics including the Joy of Teaching, Pains and Pleasures of Classroom Teaching, and Excellence in Academics.

The Romantic movement, with its emphasis on imagination, individual emotion, and the profound relationship between humanity and nature, equally captivates Prof. Rao's scholarly attention.
