Dr. Ashok Singh Rathore is a distinguished Assistant Professor of Japanese at Mody University of Science and Technology with over 20 years of expertise. A Ph.D. holder whose linguistic skills are certified by the Japan Foundation and the Ministry of External Affairs, he holds the JLPT N-3 certification. Trained in Saitama, Japan, he received the 2010 Saitama Citizenship Award.
