Prof. (Dr.) Bhanwar S. Rathore is a senior academician in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with an extensive professional career spanning 37 years, including 20 years of postgraduate teaching and academic leadership and 17 years of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force. He holds an MBA, MPM, and a Degree in Labour Laws from the University of Pune, along with a Ph.D. from Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU), Udaipur.

Dr. Rathore has made significant scholarly contributions through over 41 research papers and book chapters published in reputed national and international journals, and he is the author of two academic books. A committed research mentor, he has successfully guided six Ph.D. scholars to completion, while seven research scholars are currently pursuing doctoral studies under his supervision.

He has served as a Ph.D. external examiner at prestigious institutions, including ICFAI University and Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, and has chaired technical sessions at several international conferences. His academic interests encompass Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, leadership development, and women empowerment.

Dr. Rathore currently serves as the President of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), actively promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and research culture within the institution. He has conducted three Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and organized four national seminars on Women Empowerment.

Dr. Bhanwar S. Rathore has made significant scholarly contributions in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence in HR, sustainable HRM, leadership behavior, talent management, work–life balance, and women leadership. His research reflects both conceptual depth and empirical rigor, addressing contemporary organizational challenges across sectors such as IT, banking, hospitality, textiles, and life insurance.

He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed, ABDC-listed (Category C), and UGC-CARE listed journals. His recent work (2024–2025) prominently explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence on HR processes, sustainable HRM practices, organizational commitment, employee engagement, and green training initiatives. He has also contributed book chapters to leading international publishers such as Routledge (Taylor & Francis)andIGI Global, reflecting global academic recognition.

Dr. Rathore’s earlier research significantly advanced knowledge in HRD climate, mentoring, benchmarking, talent management, and work–life balance. His publications demonstrate methodological diversity, including empirical studies, meta-analyses, conceptual frameworks, bibliometric analysis, and case studies.

In addition, he has actively presented research papers at prestigious national and international conferences, including IIM Bangalore, MDI Gurgaon, Nirma University, and international forums on sustainability and innovation. Several of his papers have received “Best Paper” awards, highlighting academic excellence.
