Overview
Dr. Rajeev Pourush is the Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the School of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh.
His research interests include microwave and antenna engineering, ferrite-based tunable devices, semiconductor and nanoscale MOSFETs, millimetre-wave propagation, and AI-enabled healthcare systems. He has published extensively in reputed IEEE, SCI, ESCI, and SCOPUS-indexed journals and conferences, and has authored book chapters. He holds two published patents in the areas of IoT-based intelligent systems and AI-driven healthcare data security.
Dr. Pourush has successfully supervised Ph.D. scholars and has been associated with DRDO-sponsored research projects as a research fellow. He served as Convener of the International Conference ICONC3–2020 and has delivered invited and keynote lectures at various academic forums. He has also handled several key institutional responsibilities including AICTE coordination, NAAC and ABET accreditation, examination management, and academic collaborations. He is a professional member of IAENG and IET (UK).

Research
Dr. Pourush's research focuses on microwave and antenna engineering, ferrite-based tunable devices, semiconductor technologies, and emerging applications of electronics in healthcare systems. His doctoral work involved the design, fabrication, and optimisation of ferrite-based microstrip components used in communication and radar systems.
His research activities include the development of tunable microwave devices, advanced antenna systems, and nanoscale MOSFET structures for high-frequency applications. His contributions also extend to millimetre-wave propagation and next-generation wireless communication technologies. More recently, his work has engaged with AI-enabled healthcare systems, integrating electronic devices with intelligent algorithms to enhance monitoring and diagnostics. Research outcomes have been published in reputed IEEE, SCI, ESCI, and SCOPUS-indexed journals and conferences, along with authored book chapters.
