Overview
Dr. Rakesh Meena is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at Mody University of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Anthropology, Panjab University, Chandigarh, where his research focused on age, sex, and natural variation in handwritten signatures, as well as the characteristics of simulated signatures from a forensic perspective.
He holds an M.Sc. in Forensic Science from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. In addition to his academic training, he gained practical experience as a Forensic Expert at Premier Forensic Science Institute, New Delhi, and as a Probationary Scientific Officer at Truth Labs, New Delhi.

Research
Dr. Meena has published nine research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to four software copyrights granted by the Government of India in the area of forensic science. His teaching and research interests include forensic anthropology, questioned document examination, fingerprint analysis, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in forensic science. He also serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals.
