Dr. Rashmi Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology, specialising in Criminal Law. A UGC-NET-JRF qualified scholar, she holds a Ph.D in Law and brings teaching experience across both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

She is actively involved in student mentoring and research activities, and contributes to institutional governance as a member of the Board of Studies (BoS) and the Legal Literacy and Legal Aid Committee.
