Dr. Rashmi Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology, specialising in Criminal Law. A UGC-NET-JRF qualified scholar, she holds a Ph.D in Law and brings teaching experience across both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

She is actively involved in student mentoring and research activities, and contributes to institutional governance as a member of the Board of Studies (BoS) and the Legal Literacy and Legal Aid Committee. She also serves as Examination Coordinator, reflecting her commitment to both academic excellence and administrative responsibility.
