Dr. Sandeep Jaiswal is an academician in Biomedical Engineering with more than 15 years of experience. He completed his Ph.D. and M.Tech. from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. His core teaching interests are biomedical instrumentation, signal and image processing, medical physics, and AI applications in healthcare. His approach emphasises clarity of concepts, practical exposure, and linking theory with real-world healthcare applications.

Dr. Jaiswal's research centres on biomedical signal processing, medical image analysis, AI in healthcare, and bioelectromagnetics. He has authored over 30 publications in reputed platforms including IEEE, Springer, and Scopus-indexed journals. His work spans EEG-based neurological disorder detection, breast cancer prediction using machine learning, and medical image registration and fusion. His recent focus includes explainable AI, deep learning, and data-driven methods to improve diagnostic reliability. He has supervised doctoral and postgraduate research in EEG analysis, AI-based healthcare applications, and biomedical devices. He is a member of IEEE, IET (UK), ISTE, BMSI, IEI (India), and IAENG.
