Dr. Sunidhi Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences at Mody University of Science and Technology, specialising in Food Science and Nutrition. She has published 19 research papers, holds one granted patent, two published patents, and three copyrights, and has authored one edited book and three book chapters.

A recipient of the DST INSPIRE Fellowship, Chancellor’s Gold Medal, and the Green Idol Award from the Government of Rajasthan (2024), she was also honoured by the District Collector, Sikar, for her initiatives in women’s and children’s health. She is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Kerala. She has supervised five M.Sc. dissertations and is currently guiding three Ph.D. scholars.

Dr. Mishra specialises in Clinical Nutrition, Functional Food Development, and Community Nutrition. Her work centres on millets, obesity prevention, and traditional diets, resulting in 19 research papers and multiple patents. She develops millet-based functional foods and herbal health products, and drives community-based nutrition initiatives focused on women's and children's health. She is currently supervising three Ph.D. scholars and has completed supervision of five M.Sc. dissertations.
