Prof. (Dr.) Sunita Verma is a distinguished academic leader serving as Professor and Assistant Dean, School of Business, Mody University of Science & Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in HR and Marketing. With an enriching academic journey spanning over 21 years, she has taught a diverse portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses like Strategic Management, OrganisationalBehaviour, HRM, Talent Management, Human Resource Development Systems, Industrial Relations, Performance Management etc. Her deep commitment to knowledge creation is reflected in her strong research portfolio—she has authored and published more than 40 high-quality scholarly works, including research papers in reputed national and international journals, book chapters, and conference publications. She has served as a Ph.D. external examiner at institutions including GTU, Ahmedabad, PDEU Gandhinagar, K.N.Modi University, Ganpat University and has chaired sessions at international conferences. She plays a vital role in curriculum design, accreditation processes, quality assurance, and strategic academic planning within the School of Business.

Three scholars have completed their Ph.D. Degree under her supervisionwhile several others are currently pursuing their doctoral research under her guidance.
