Dr. Vikas Raina is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Mody University of Science and Technology, with over 21 years of teaching and research experience. He also serves as Joint Director of the Centre for Online and Distance Education, Operating Officer of the National Service Scheme – Self Financing Unit (NSS-SFU), and Coordinator of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

His research interests include Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, 5G Communication, Wireless Sensor Networks, Cognitive Wireless Sensor Networks, ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4, and Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks. He has published 27 research papers, authored two books, contributed one book chapter, and holds three patents (one published and two granted). He is actively involved in academic administration and accreditation processes, contributing to NAAC, NBA, and ABET activities.
