Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh is an experienced educator with over twenty years of engagement in French language and literature teaching across primary, secondary, and higher education in both India and France. He possesses substantial expertise in contemporary pedagogical methodologies, with a sustained focus on innovative and creative approaches to language instruction.

For more than eighteen years, he has served as Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, contributing to academic leadership, curriculum development, and departmental advancement. His scholarly output includes the publication of a research paper, a book chapter, and a book, reflecting an ongoing commitment to research and academic excellence.
