Overview


Mr. Rohan Kriti is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology. He completed his LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute with a specialisation in Constitutional Law, and his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He also holds a B.A. (Hons.) in History from the University of Delhi. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

He previously served as Guest Faculty at Law Centre II, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where he taught diverse courses including Property Law, Jurisprudence, and White-Collar Crimes. He also contributed institutionally as a member of the Election Committee for the Delhi University Students’ Union Elections and has served as a judge in moot court competitions at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

An accomplished academic, Mr. Kriti was awarded the Best Paper Presenter award at a National Seminar held at the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University. He has presented papers at various national conferences and actively participated in academic workshops and lectures.

Research


Mr. Kriti's core research interests include Criminal Law, Socio-Economic Crimes, and Constitutional Law. He has also contributed to the Research Group on Terrorism and Human Rights at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, providing inputs to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms while Countering Terrorism.
