A seasoned finance professional with more than two decades of progressive leadership experience, he currently serves as Vice President – Finance & Administration at Mody University, Lakshmangarh, overseeing the university’s financial strategy, budgeting, procurement, admissions, and administrative operations, contributing to institutional growth and governance.

His career spans premier educational institutions and corporate organisations across India. For over two decades, he served in progressively senior roles at Unison Education and Research Foundation, Dehradun, culminating in the position of Director – Finance and Procurement (2019-2025), where he led financial governance, procurement systems, and large-scale project planning. His tenure at Unison also included roles as Director –  Finance, Deputy Director – Finance and Projects, and Administrator at Unison World School, demonstrating a rare blend of financial acumen and institutional administration.

Earlier in his career, he served as Director – Finance, Administration & Project Planning at DIT Engineering College, Greater Noida, and as Finance Manager at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Dehradun. He began his professional journey as a Senior Accounts Officer at Express Housekeeper Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Agarwal brings deep expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, procurement, resource management, and team leadership. His cross-sector experience across higher education, engineering, and corporate environments positions him a distinguished leader in institutional finance and administration, with a strong orientation toward governance, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.
