Ms. Rekha Goswami is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology. She began her academic journey with a degree in Political Science (Hons.) from Miranda House, University of Delhi, and went on to earn her law degree from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

With a specialisation in Constitutional Law, she holds an LL.M. from Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Environmental Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She is UGC-NET qualified, reflecting her strong academic competence and commitment to higher education.
