Prof. (Dr.) Prevesh Kumar Bishnoi is an experienced academician and technologist with more than 27 years of experience in teaching, research, software development, and academic administration in Computer Science and Engineering. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan.

His academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with specialisation in Cloud Computing, an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering through GATE qualification, and a Master’s degree in Solid State Physics.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bishnoi has actively contributed to engineering education, research, and technology development. He has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and conferences, and has guided a large number of postgraduate and undergraduate dissertations. His academic interests include Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), distributed systems, computer networks, virtualisation, and software development technologies. He has also played an important role in developing advanced computing laboratories and campus-wide networking infrastructure, and has collaborated with organisations such as DRDO, DST, and CSIR-CEERI Pilani in research and development activities.

Dr. Bishnoi's research interests encompass Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), distributed systems, networking, virtualisation, and middleware technologies. His recent research focuses on cloud migration frameworks, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), IoT middleware APIs, and multi-cloud container migration. He has supervised more than 25 M.Tech. dissertations, 50 MCA dissertations, and over 200 B.Tech. projects.
