Mrs. Priyanka Tyagi is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Mody University of Science and Technology, where she combines industry expertise with academic excellence. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from SRM University, she exemplifies a commitment to continuous scholarly development.

A recipient of the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Reimagining Marketing with Technology (ICRMT 2023), jointly organised by IIM Jammu and Deakin University, Australia, Mrs. Tyagi has established herself as a rising voice in interdisciplinary research. She has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed journals and actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for Global Business Review (SAGE Publishing) and Journal of Services Marketing (Emerald Publishers). Her research interests encompass Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Literacy, FinTech, and Artificial Intelligence.

Her work also explores service innovation, sustainable business practices, and organisational collaboration, particularly within service-oriented sectors. Adopting an interdisciplinary perspective, her research integrates insights from marketing, finance, and technology management to study evolving consumer and market behaviour in emerging economies.
