Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Bhardwaj is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic leader, with over three decades of experience in higher education currently serving as President of Mody University of Science and Technology, Rajasthan. With a foundational education in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and advanced degrees including M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas & a Ph.D. in Experimental High Energy Physics from the University of Delhi, he contributed significantly to teaching & research.

He has made a seminal contribution to the CMS Experiment at CERN, Geneva as a key collaborator & was involved in the historic discovery of the Higgs Boson, leading to a Nobel Prize in 2013. His academic contributions reflect a sustained commitment to research excellence and scientific advancement.

In addition to his scholarly achievements, Prof. Bhardwaj has held several important administrative roles, contributing to academic governance, admissions, and international engagement. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening institutional processes and enhancing academic quality.
