Note:
(1) Alumni Charges of INR3000/- to be paid with final year fees.
(2) A Minimum contribution of INR5000/- to Endowment Fee to be paid with final year fees.
(3) The following charges are not included in the academic fee and will be charged separately by the students : uniforms, books and stationery, medicines and ambulance services, leisure or personal activities, study tours, specialized events, fines or penalties and any other personal expenses.
Hostel Accommodation:
(1) Hostel accommodation is subject to the availability of rooms and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The full hostel fee must be paid along with the first installment of the academic fee.
(2) Hostel charges are payable annually.
(3) Hostel charges are subject to annual revision and will be applicable to all existing students.
Fee Payment Schedule:
(1) Newly admitted students must pay the prescribed fee on or before reporting to the university.
(2) Academic fee schedule for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th year students:
(A) Yearly Plan – On or Before 31st May.
(B) Instalment Plan (If availed) July session First Instalment- On or Before 31st May Second Instalment- On or Before 30th November				(B) Instalment Plan (If availed) Jan session First Instalment- On or Before 30th November Second Instalment- On or Before 31st May
(3) Fees will not be accepted in cash or cheque.
Late Fee Penalty: Any fee or remaining fee paid after the due date shall attract a penalty.
(A) A penalty of INR1000/- per day will be levied on the overdue amount.
(B) Interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per month shall be charged on any overdue amount until full payment is made.
