Orientation of Sol Day 2- (District & Sessions Court, Sikar visit)
School of Law, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan conducted Day 2 of the Orientation Program for the new batch (2025–2026) with an emphasis on practical legal exposure. On 4th August 2025, an educational visit to the District & Sessions Court, Sikar, Rajasthan was organized to provide students with firsthand experience of the Indian judicial system. The visit aimed to deepen their understanding of legal processes by allowing them to observe live court proceedings in a real-world setting. It offered valuable insights into how justice is not solely based on legal provisions, but also shaped by interpretation, argumentation, and the analysis of facts.
Students had the honour of interacting with several esteemed judicial officers, including:
- Sh. Bhagirath Jakhar , President Bar Association (Bar and Bench)
- Sh. Rajinder Kumar, District and Sessions Judge
- Ms. Renu Hooda, Additional District Judge (ADJ) of the SC/ST Court
- Mr. Mahendra Pratap Beniwal, ADJ of the Criminal Court
- Mr. Himanshu Singh Kumavat, ADJ of the Family Court
- Mr. Dharmendra Singh Kudi, Public Prosecutor of the Criminal Court
These dignitaries not only shared their professional experiences but also provided motivational insights, emphasizing the significance of hard work, dedication, and integrity in the legal profession. They highlighted how law, especially in today’s society, is a safe and empowering career choice for women.
