The **School of Business** at **Mody University** recently organized an enriching **Industrial Visit** to the **Parle-G Manufacturing Plant, Neemrana** on **12th August 2025**. This visit was part of the *Orientation Program 2025-26*, aimed at giving students first-hand exposure to real-world industrial operations.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the **entire production process** of Parle’s iconic biscuits—from raw material handling and automated baking lines to quality control measures and packaging techniques. Company representatives shared valuable insights into **lean manufacturing practices**, **quality standards**, and **supply chain efficiency**, highlighting how Parle has maintained its position as a market leader for decades.
The session also included an **interactive Q\&A segment**, where students engaged with plant managers to better understand **manufacturing challenges**, **brand consistency**, and **market expansion strategies**. The visit concluded with a **group photograph** and a special token of appreciation from the company.
