On 12th August 2025, Fresher ( UG +PG)  from the School of Business visited the Parle-G manufacturing unit in Neemrana under the guidance of faculty in-charges Mr. Manish Didwania and Dr. Jyoti Gaur.

The visit was designed to enhance student learning by bridging the gap between classroom concepts and real-world applications. Students observed the end-to-end production process of Parle-G biscuits—from raw material procurement and automated mixing to baking, cooling, and packaging. They also gained insights into quality control, hygiene practices, automation, and waste management systems followed in a large-scale FMCG unit.

Established in 1929, Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s most trusted FMCG brands and the maker of the world’s largest-selling biscuit, Parle-G. Its product portfolio includes biscuits (Parle-G, Monaco, KrackJack, Hide & Seek), confectionery (Melody, Kismi, Mango Bite), and snacks (wafers, namkeens).

For students, the experience was not just about seeing machines at work but about understanding how efficiency, technology, and innovation drive operations in one of India’s most trusted FMCG companies. The visit deepened their knowledge of supply chain management, operations, and production efficiency, offering valuable takeaways for their future careers in business and management.
