Brij Mahotsav 2025-2026

The School of Business at Mody University of Science and Technology successfully celebrated its cultural program on 14th August 2025.

The Brij Mahotsav 2025–26 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at the Sangeet Samrat Tansen Sabhaghar.

The theme for the day was “Krishna Janmashtami”, designed to honor the birth of Lord Krishna and embrace the essence of spirituality, devotion, and cultural richness.The festival beautifully blended music, dance, and devotion, echoing the divine spirit of Vrindavan and the joyous leelas of Lord Krishna.The event was skillfully anchored by Ms. Shruti Jajodia and Ms. Tarika Sharma, whose eloquence, confidence, and engaging stage presence ensured a smooth flow of the program and kept the audience captivated throughout.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Sunita Verma (Assistant Prof., Dean – School of Business), who addressed the gathering and shared her blessings for the occasion.This was followed by an inspiring speech by our esteemed Dr. Rajeev Mishra (Assistant Prof.), who reflected upon the teachings of Lord Krishna as conveyed in the Bhagavad Gita, motivating students to imbibe values of righteousness, selflessness, and dedication in their lives.A series of competitions were organized for the students, judged by Dr. Meenakshi Sharma (Assistant Prof. SOB) and Ms. Priyanka Tyagi (Assistant Prof. SOB) under the following categories:

  • Solo Dance Performance Winner – Sheetal Pareekh (MBA)
  • Group Dance Performance Winners – Aarya (BBA) and Pragya (BBA)
  • Poetry Competition Winner – Brea Sharma (BBA)
  • Act & Drama Competition Winners – Harshita (BBA) and Ananya (BBA)
  • Vesh-e-Vrindavan Competition Winners – Harshita (BBA) and Ananya (BBA)

The smooth execution of the Brij Mahotsav was made possible through the committed efforts of the core team.Special thanks are extended to the faculty coordinators Dr. Meena Sharma (Assistant Professor, SOB), Dr. Pooja Pawaria (Assistant Professor, SOB),Dr. Jyoti Yuvraj Singh Gaur (Assistant Professor, SOB), and Dr. Anupal Mongia (Assistant Professor, SOB) for their guidance and support.The highlight of the cultural segment was a soulful bhajan performed by Ms. Lavanya Sikaria (BBA) and Ms. Riya Kumari (BBA), filling the hall with devotional fervor and serene energy.The entire program was anchored by Ms. Palak Mishra (BBA) and Ms. Lavanya Sikaria (BBA), whose eloquence, presence of mind, and thoughtful engagement kept the audience connected throughout the celebration.

Their creative introductions and conscious ideas added warmth and liveliness to the atmosphere.Student coordinators Shruti (BBA SPEC.), Akshita (BBA DM), Tirusha (BBA DM), and Tarika (BBA SPEC.) worked tirelessly to ensure the event’s success.

The beautiful moments of the day were artistically captured by Ms. Sweety Roy (BBA), preserving the vibrant spirit of the celebration for years to come.The Brij Mahotsav 2025–26 stood as a shining testament to the collaborative ethos of the School of Business—celebrating students’ creativity, competitive spirit, active participation, and unbridled enthusiasm.The event not only nurtured cultural appreciation but also set a strong precedent for the enriching cultural journey ahead.The celebration not only filled the campus with joy and devotion but also strengthened the spirit of unity, culture, and togetherness among all.
