About the department

The Department of Arts, SLAS at Mody University is a multidisciplinary academic unit dedicated to encouraging intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and social awareness among students. The department offers diverse programmes in humanities and social sciences that aim to develop analytical abilities, communication competence, ethical sensitivity, and cultural understanding. The department integrates traditional knowledge systems with contemporary perspectives to prepare students for academic, professional, and civic leadership roles.
